Gemba's mission is to transform financial infrastructure from a barrier into a strategic advantage. We are an FCA-regulated banking infrastructure provider — the layer that sits between institutional banking rails and the businesses, platforms, and software companies that need them. We absorb the full weight of regulatory complexity, compliance management, and operational overhead, so our partners can direct every available resource toward growth. Our platform enables SaaS companies, early-stage fintechs, platforms, marketplaces, and virtually any organisation to embed a complete banking and payments stack directly into their product. Zero integration cost. Zero platform fees. Live in under seven minutes. Fully automatic. Clients require no compliance team and no customer support staff — Gemba provides both as a service. This is not incremental improvement to the existing banking model. It is a structural reimagination of who owns the financial relationship — and who profits from it. Gemba's BaaS 2.0 architecture transforms infrastructure integration from a cost centre into a profit centre. Our story

Gemba was founded by entrepreneurs with firsthand experience of the structural failures in business banking. In the course of building and scaling businesses across Europe, the founding team encountered the same obstacle repeatedly: opening a business bank account reliably and quickly was slow, opaque, and operationally costly. For early-stage businesses, account activation delays of weeks or months represented a material constraint. For established companies scaling internationally, fragmented banking relationships and reconciliation overhead consumed disproportionate management capacity. These direct experiences produced both the diagnosis and the design brief. The market needed a financial infrastructure partner that operated at the speed of commercial reality — not at the pace of legacy banking processes.

Eighteen months ago, Gemba launched BaaS 2.0 and went to market with that premise. Since then, the company has grown 20x. As of the most recent reporting period, Gemba has reached £4.4 million in Annual Recurring Revenue, processed £1.33 billion in Gross Merchandise Value, and achieved a 30x LTV/CAC ratio that demonstrates the capital efficiency required for global scale. Gemba is now listed on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace and Google Cloud Marketplace, enabling technology companies worldwide to launch fully branded banking applications directly from their existing cloud procurement relationships. The company's EU expansion roadmap is fully funded for execution this year, US market entry is planned for 2027, and the imminent launch of stablecoin payouts will facilitate seamless cross-border commerce into Asia.
